Arkhas shows supermarket offers and flyers published by retailers across the Gulf. This policy explains what the app does and does not collect.
We do not ask you to create an account. There is no sign-up, no password, and no profile.
Approximate location. When you first open the app, your IP address is sent once to ip-api.com to guess your country. If you tap Auto-detect City and allow location, your approximate location (rounded to about 1 km) is sent to OpenStreetMap instead, to find your country and city so the app can show offers near you. We do not store either, and nothing is used for advertising. You can refuse location and pick your city manually. Denying location does not limit any other feature.
Problem reports. If you tap "Report a problem" in a flyer, the flyer, the page number, the reason you pick, the optional note you choose to write and your app language are sent to us and stored for up to 180 days, so we can fix the flyer. No name, email, phone number or IP address is stored with it. Please do not write personal details in the note.
Saved items and settings. Your saved offers, shopping list, chosen city and chosen language are stored only on your device, in the app's local storage. They never leave your phone and we cannot see them. Clearing the app's data removes them permanently.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, precise GPS history, or payment details. The app contains no advertising SDK and no analytics SDK, and we do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising.
Offer, flyer, retailer and price information is provided by a third-party retail flyer data provider and published by the retailers themselves. When you open the app it requests that public catalogue data. Prices and availability are set by the retailers, not by us, and can change or be withdrawn at any time.
Some price-per-kilogram figures are produced by reading the retailer's own flyer image with an automated text-recognition service. Only the public flyer image is processed. Nothing personal is involved and no user data is sent.
Arkhas is a shopping information app intended for a general audience. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
You can withdraw location permission at any time in your device settings. You can remove everything the app has stored by clearing its data or uninstalling it.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.

يعرض تطبيق أرخص عروض ومنشورات المتاجر في دول الخليج. توضح هذه السياسة ما يجمعه التطبيق وما لا يجمعه.
لا يوجد تسجيل حساب. لا نطلب اسماً ولا كلمة مرور ولا ملفاً شخصياً.
بلاغات المشاكل. إذا ضغطت على «الإبلاغ عن مشكلة» في أحد المنشورات، تُرسل إلينا وتُحفظ لمدة تصل إلى 180 يوماً: بيانات المنشور ورقم الصفحة والسبب الذي تختاره والملاحظة الاختيارية إن كتبتها ولغة التطبيق، لنتمكن من إصلاح المنشور. لا يُحفظ معها اسم ولا بريد ولا رقم هاتف ولا عنوان IP. يرجى عدم كتابة بيانات شخصية في الملاحظة.
الموقع التقريبي. عند فتح التطبيق لأول مرة يُرسل عنوان IP الخاص بك مرة واحدة إلى ip-api.com لتخمين دولتك. وإذا ضغطت على «تحديد المدينة تلقائياً» وسمحت بالوصول إلى الموقع، يُرسل موقعك التقريبي (مقرَّباً إلى نحو كيلومتر) إلى OpenStreetMap بدلاً من ذلك لمعرفة الدولة والمدينة وعرض العروض القريبة منك. لا نخزّن أياً منهما، ولا يُستخدم لأي غرض إعلاني. يمكنك رفض الموقع واختيار مدينتك يدوياً دون التأثير على أي ميزة أخرى.
المحفوظات والإعدادات. تُحفظ العروض وقائمة التسوق والمدينة واللغة على جهازك فقط، ولا تصل إلينا إطلاقاً.
لا نجمع الاسم أو البريد أو رقم الهاتف أو جهات الاتصال أو الصور أو بيانات الدفع. لا يحتوي التطبيق على أدوات إعلانات أو تحليلات، ولا نبيع أي بيانات.
تُقدَّم بيانات العروض والمنشورات والمتاجر من مزوّد بيانات خارجي لمنشورات المتاجر، وتنشرها المتاجر نفسها. الأسعار يحددها التجار وقد تتغير في أي وقت.
التطبيق موجَّه للجمهور العام وليس للأطفال، ولا نجمع معلوماتهم عن قصد.
يمكنك سحب إذن الموقع من إعدادات الجهاز، وحذف كل ما خزّنه التطبيق بمسح بياناته أو إلغاء تثبيته.
